‘shout out loud’ – a role-playing game on plastic pollution

On the occasion of the UN Ocean Conference in Nice, are excited to invite you to a youth-led role play on the topic of plastic pollution – just a few meters away from “La Baleine”.

The role-playing game “shout out loud” will be visually accompanied by a portrait exhibition resulting from a children’s workshop on the German island of Fehmarn in the Baltic Sea.

In a debate, we will discuss the problem of plastic pollution in an interactive and public format, bypassers are welcome to join.

There will be three groups of children, representing

      1. ocean / nature
      2. politics / government
      3. industry / manufacturers

The goal of the dialogue is to find an agreed solution to the problem of plastic pollution. The children will receive briefing cards and can ask for the helps of the elders (one adult per group).

As the event is an official side-event of the UN Ocean Conference, it will be held in English.

The portraits you see above will be exhibited in a mobile gallery and serve as a backdrop of the event.

THIS EVENT will take place outside and DOES NOT require any registration

It is presented to you by Ocean. Now!, in partnership with the Surfrider Foundation Europe and with the friendly support from press-consultant.com.

A group of children from the Campus International de Valbonne will join and we warmly invite more children (and adults) to pass by and join the discussion.

We’re looking forward to meeting you!
