This workshop – focusing on the creative medium of photography – consists of a scientific and a creative part. We start with a discussion about the plastic problem, big and small, and talk about solutions.

In the second part, we get creative. In a short photo course, the children and teenagers learn about the basics of photography. On an excursion to the beach, they then take the perspective of a microplastic particle and, using the creative means of expression through photography, tell a story.

At the end of the workshop, we discuss the creative results once more, and the children and teenagers will choose their favorite photo and receive a printout to take home.
